In brief and with no small print. The detailed rental contract is signed electronically before pick-up.

Every tariff includes kilometres (see prices). Extra kilometres are charged after return based on the actual odometer reading: Lucid Air GT CZK 15/km, Model 3 Performance CZK 8/km, Model 3 Long Range CZK 8/km, Porsche Taycan CZK 15/km, NIO ET5 Touring CZK 8/km, Cybertruck CZK 50/km excl. VAT. You only pay for what you actually drive.
The refundable deposit (Lucid Air GT CZK 30,000, Model 3 Performance CZK 20,000, Model 3 Long Range CZK 20,000, Porsche Taycan CZK 30,000, NIO ET5 Touring CZK 20,000, Cybertruck CZK 50,000) is paid by bank transfer before pick-up. For returning customers the deposit is CZK 10,000 (Lucid and Porsche Taycan CZK 15,000). After the car has been returned and the final statement issued, we refund it in full; it can be set off against amounts due only by agreement.
If you have rented from us before, your next rental comes with a 10% discount on the rental price, 10% more kilometres included and a lower deposit. Just mention it in your enquiry.
We hand the car over charged and ask you to return it the same way: to at least 50%. Each missing percentage point below the level at pick-up is charged at CZK 10 excl. VAT. Charging at Tesla Superchargers during the rental is billed according to actual consumption.
The standard pick-up and return location is Anny Čížkové 1162/4, Prague 14. At pick-up and return we record the odometer reading, the charge level and the condition of the car in a report that forms part of the contract. Delivery to another location is possible by arrangement. Pick-up and return can also take place without meeting in person: you photograph the car and confirm its condition online in your booking using a code sent by e-mail. For the Teslas we send you an invitation to the Tesla app and your phone then becomes the key. The invitation is personal – do not forward it; you are liable for any use of it. We revoke the access after the car is returned. We do not check your driving licence in person; you confirm that it is valid in the contract.
The cars have both third-party liability and comprehensive insurance. The excess and its amount are stated in the contract; minor damage is settled from the deposit.
Late return without prior agreement is charged at CZK 8,000 for each day or part of a day. If you are running late, just call us – we can usually work something out.
Travel abroad is possible by arrangement; mention it in your enquiry so we can agree the kilometre allowance and arrange the insurance.
The Teslas have FSD (Supervised) – a driver-assistance system that the driver must supervise – included in the rental price. It is not autonomous driving: the renter may use it only as driver assistance, must keep their hands on the wheel at all times and must watch the traffic. The renter is liable for the driving, for compliance with traffic rules, for offences and for damage, just as when driving manually. The Tesla account settings must not be changed and driver supervision must not be circumvented (for example by placing a weight on the steering wheel); doing so is a material breach of the contract. It works in the Czech Republic; abroad it depends on Tesla's current availability.
The cars have built-in telemetry (location, battery charge level, odometer reading). This data is used for the pick-up and return reports and to protect the car; the renter agrees to this in the contract.
We measure website traffic without cookies: we count anonymous steps on a page (for example whether a visitor saw the price list, tapped the phone number or sent an enquiry). The steps of one page view are linked by a random code that disappears when the page is closed – with no IP address, no form content and no identification of visitors.
